Luscious Lemon Bars

My mother-in-law gave me a Williams Sonoma cookbook with just cookie recipes in it.  Of the few I’ve tried so far, this one is the favorite.  (I’ve looked on their website for the recipe but it’s not there.  They have one for Lemon Curd Squares—not the same thing.)  I even took their advice on how to make them cute with strips of waxed paper before sprinkling with powdered sugar.  Everyone gobbled them up.  Much better flavor than the kind from a box mix.  While I couldn’t locate this exact recipe, I did find a few others you might want to try.
