Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
1 cup chopped onion
12-14 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
and drained
16 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp hot sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion, and cook 5 minutes. Stir in other ingredients and heat/stir until combined.  Pour into a casserole dish and bake 10 minutes or until it starts to brown. Serve with pita chips.
