Husband and I absolutely adore naan bread. We love it sooooo much, we’ve devoted an embarrassing amount of time justifying its addition to every meal we have. So when we came up with naan pizza… well… let’s just say we’ve had a lot of pizza lately.
Quick run-down of the ingredients we used:
- Stonefire whole grain naan, individual size (two per package)
- Classico pizza sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Thinly sliced Roma tomato
- Chopped red bell pepper
- Chopped sweet onion
- Baby bella mushroms
- Baby spinach
- Mozzarella cheese
- Sliced Kalamata olives
- Grilled chicken, diced
Yeah, it’s a lot for a personal size pizza. To tell the truth, I was trying to use up the leftovers from other dishes. Hence, the mish-mash of ingredients. You can use whatever you want for toppings!
Spread the sauce all over the naan.
Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then add all your toppings. Don’t be shy!
Then pop it into a 400 degree oven directly on the rack for 10-15 minutes. And that’s it! Seriously! So easy and man, do they taste good. Naan personal pizzas. What a way to use up your leftovers!
